Bangui Windmill

Bangui Windmills

The twenty wind turbines that make up the Bangui Windmills Project all lined up was truly a sight to behold. Powering almost 90 per cent of the Ilocos Region, the windmill turbines underline the importance and advantages of relying on sustainable energy to combat the global environmental crisis. Standing directly below them, I was able to feel the power of these super structures as each swing of its three pronged blade produces a thundering shoosh that scared me a bit.

Siquijor Beach

I love Siquijor because the everything about the island seems untouched. It's like living in a new world where you don't really need technology and money. Just you and nature.
