One way to get here is through Naga City, Camarines Sur. From Manila, fly for an hour or take the 8 hour bus trip. From Naga, get on a commuter van or jeep to Sabang. This is around an hour land travel. You will find outrigger boats in Sabang that will take you on a 2 hour trip to Guijalo Port. With the absence of paved roads from Naga to Caramoan, taking the boat is the better option.
From Guijalo port is a 20 minute jeepney ride to Centro, the center of this town were one finds the church, market, eateries, shops, the hospital and the local municipal office within a two kilometer road.
Sabitang Laya, Tayak, Lahos and Matukad are the top island hopping destinations.
